Capstone PSA Video



 I chose these two videos as my favorite examples because the first video is animated and expresses the importance of sleep. The second video is a student film  that gives examples of what sleep deprivation looks like.

My capstone PSA will most likely be like the second video and show people how sleep deprivation looks like. However, I will put in more factual evidence and the affect that sleep deprivation has on us physically and mentally.
